Rotary Lever Operating HeadRotary lever operating heads are available in spring return and maintained type. The rotary shaft can be readily changed to operate clockwise, counter clockwise or both. The operating levers may be rotated and locked in any position through 3600. The operating head can be positioned in any of the four sides. The lever rollers are 19mm diameter and 8mm thickness. The levers are available fixed and adjustable lengths.
Top Push Operating HeadBC9 Top Pluger limit switches are available in three designs. One has an adjustable top push button which has a hex, bolt and lock nut, the length of which can be adjusted upto 8mm (Adjustment is accomplished by locking the 8mm spanner in the spindle and then by turning the threaded4mm Hex. Head operating plunger and securing it with a lock nut).
The second type has a steel roller of 11.1 mm diameter and 3.85mm thickness.The top push operating heads are easier to apply because the operating direction and repeat accuracy is less critical.
Side Push Operating HeadJai BC 9 Side plunger limit switches are in two different designs. One has adjustable push button which can be adjusted upto 8mm (Adjustment is accomplished by locking the 8mm spanner in the spindle and then by turning the threaded 4mm hex. Head operating plunger and securing it with a lock nut).
The second type has steel roller of 12mm diameter and 3.85mm thickness. In our BC 9 Side plunger roller type limit switches there is a provision to change the positioning of the roller plunger from horizontal to vertical position and vise versa by unscrewing the plunger cap nut and it is ready to operate as per the choice 
Cat Whisker Operating HeadBC 9 Cat whisker limit switches are available in two designs with 137mm long operating lever. One type consists of 3.2 diameter nylon rod fixed with stainless steel tension spring from the bottom. The second type consists of 6.2 diameter stainless steel tension spring. Both these types can be operated in any direction from the centre.
Fork Lever Operating HeadEach of the two arms of length 38mm has a roller of 19mm diameter and 8mm thickness either in line or offset. Available in spring return or maintained type.

Bc 9’T’ Jls Type Limit Switches Are Available With A Variety Of Operating Heads To Meet Diverse Applications.

JAI Precision Limit Switches are designed for industrial duty applications. They are small in size, reliable in operation, have exceptionally long life and are accurate. The wide variety of switch operating mechanisms coupled with the choice of either single pole 1NO + 1NC or double pole 2NO+2NC changeover contacts permit easy selection and application for many needs. 

Contact Mechanism
The contact mechanism incorporates a moveable contact assembly utilising two pressed leap springs to provide quick-make, quick-break action which eliminates any position of zero contact pressure and ensures non-teasing action, even with an extremely slow operation motion. 
The light weight berrylium-copper contact carrier with large faced silver contacts and low bounce mechanisms assure long life on high load applications. The serrated silver stationery contacts, definite wiping action and high contact pressure assure reliability on dry circuit applications. The switch is completely enclosed in a semi dust-tight moulded, phenolic case of great physical strength and high arc-resisting capacity. weight berrylium-copper contact carrier with large faced silver 
Versatile 
A wide variety of operations is available for use in combination with the basic switch. These operators with individual mounting variations, afford a high degree of versatility.
Push button plunger 
These are designed for one hole panel mounting. The plunger mechanisms is of oil-tight construction and prevents any ingress of oil, including coolant. These operators are designed for an inline actuating motion with controlled over-travel. 
Roller plunger 
Operators are designed for one hole mounting and are of oil-tight construction. The roller plunger comes assembled either in line with the length of the contact block or at right angles to it. This allows the roller to accept cam or slide operation from any of the four directions. 
Six inch (150 mm) lever 
Operators provide either top and right hand mounting or top and left hand mounting. With this do-it-yourself operator, the lever may be formed by the user to satisfy unusual requirements and can be cut or bent to any desired length or shape. 
Roller lever
Operators are available with either top and right hand mounting or top and left hand mounting and are equipped-with a steel roller which may be operated by a cam or some similar actuating device. Operation is provided in both directions.
